Unfortunately we do not have a retail shop for customers to visit, collection of products is normally from the above address in north-east Hampshire.  If you would like to inspect a Toybox before placing an Order, we have examples for current orders available most weeks for viewing at the above address with prior arrangement.

Delivery Services:

Our Toyboxes are quite large pieces of quality furniture and not suited to the rigours of general parcel carrier handling.  We make them fully assembled normally for collection by customers in person and supplied without full transit packaging.  However we do offer a local region door-to-door delivery service where the customer delivery address is within 75 miles of Hook (Hampshire) and outside of Central London.  The cost of this delivery service varies from GBP10.00 to GBP40.00 based on return mileage and drive-time and the number of Toyboxes we are able to deliver to a particular area.

We visit other regions in England, Wales and up to the Scottish Borders from time to time and therefore may be able to carry Toyboxes to more convenient collection points for customers.  Please note this is not a door-to-door delivery service and is normally dependent on multiple similar-region Toybox Orders being received.  If you do not have a delivery deadline and would like to be added to our waiting list for this service, please send us your address, telephone and email contact details.  The cost of our regional collection point service varies from GBP25.00 to GBP45.00 based on the collection point location and the number of Toyboxes being carried.

For comparison, heavy duty cardboard cartons and protective packaging for our size (0.25cu mtr) and weight (26kg) of Toybox cost us in the region of GBP15.00 per Toybox.  The cheapest door-to-door parcel carriage quoted (for example) by Parcel2go.com with full value compensation is GBP60.00 per Toybox.
